Mr. Anil Kawale is an accomplished academic leader, school administrator and nationwide teacher educator dedicated to transforming K-12 education through innovative pedagogy and active learning.

With a distinguished career highlighted by his leadership as Principal of Datta Meghe CBSE School, Nagpur, Mr. Kawale brings years of hands-on institutional leadership, academic management and strategic vision.

As a renowned master trainer, he has spearheaded capacity-building workshops across multiple Indian states including Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh .

Through these programs, he has mentored thousands of educators across both CBSE and State Board curricula, empowering teachers to adopt modern, student-centric classrooms.

Mrs. Pooja Anil Kawale, Co-Founder of Achievers Learning Center, is a passionate educationist and experienced academic professional dedicated to empowering students through quality education and effective guidance.

She has previously served as a UPSC Lecturer at Unique Academy, where she guided aspirants in their competitive examination journey and supported them in developing the knowledge, confidence and preparation strategies required for competitive examinations.

She has also worked as an Administrative Officer at Prudence International School, Mumbai , gaining valuable experience in academic administration, institutional management and educational operations.

With her strong academic background, administrative expertise and commitment to student success, Mrs. Kawale plays an important role in the growth and development of Achievers Learning Center.
